1. Go to Settings > Hosted websites > Edit

 

2. Click Create page > Custom (see video).  

 

3. Populate:

6. Click  Save and Close

 

7. Click Menu Layout​​​

 

8. Move the menu item for the new page to where you want it to be shown on the menu. (On multi-property sites, a good location is under the standard Properties page and indented.)
